CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Robertson called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to
order at 4:05 p.m. Council Member Bailey, Council Member Kraemer, Mayor
Robertson, and Council Member Scott answered roll call. A quorum was
present. Council Member Bertram was absent.
City staff members present were City Manager Lindley Kirkpatrick and Airport
Manager Rick Harvey, and City Attorney Bill Nichols. The Airport Advisory
Committee members present were Dan Scott, Jerry McCauley, Gordon Eccles,
and Frankie Romero.
WORK SESSION
This was an open work session with the Airport Advisory Committee.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 5:57 p.m. Mayor Robertson moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to
Idaho Code §67-2345(1 f). Council Member Kraemer seconded the motion. In a
roll call vote, Mayor Robertson, Council Member Kraemer, Council Member
Scott, and Council Member Bailey voted aye. The vote was unanimous and the
motion carried.
The Council discussed litigation issues.
ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Mayor Robertson adjourned the meeting at 8:00
p.m.
