CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Robertson called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to
order at 1:30 p.m. Council Member Bailey, Council Member Bertram,
Council Member Kraemer, and Mayor Robertson answered roll call. A
quorum was present. Council Member Scott was absent.
City staff member present was City Manager Lindley Kirkpatrick, Special
Counsel Kim Trout, and Special Counsel David Krueck.
At 1:35 p.m. Mayor Robertson moved to go into Executive Session. Council
Member Kraemer seconded the motion. In a roll call vote, Mayor Robertson,
Council Member Kraemer, and Council Member Bailey voted aye. The vote was
unanimous and the motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Litigation - Pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1 f) to consider and advise its
legal representatives in pending litigation or where there is a general public
awareness of probable litigation
Council Member Scott joined the meeting in progress.
The City Council discussed litigation issues.
ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Mayor Robertson adjourned the meeting at 5:00
