CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Robertson called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to
order at 4:00 p.m. Council Member Bailey, Council Member Bertram,
Council Member Kraemer, and Mayor Robertson answered roll call. A
quorum was present. Council Member Scott was absent.
City staff members present were City Manager Lindley Kirkpatrick, Community
Development Director Roger Millar, Public Works Director Bill Keating, Special
Counsel Kim Trout and Special Counsel David Krueck.
At 4:10 p.m. Mayor Robertson moved to go into Executive Session
concerning litigation. Council Member Bailey seconded the motion. In a
roll call vote, Mayor Robertson, Council Member Bailey, Council Member
Bertram, and Council Member Kraemer voted aye. The vote was unanimous
and the motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Litigation - Pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1 f) to consider and advise its
legal representatives in pending litigation or where there is a general public
awareness of probable litigation.
The City Council discussed litigation issues.
WORK SESSION
At 6:00 p.m. the Council moved into an open work session concerning golf
course issues.
Golf Pro Allan Morrison joined the meeting in progress..
ADJOURNMENT
Without furter business, Mayor Robertson adjourned the meeting at 7:35
p.m.
