BUSINESS
AB 06-87 Legislative Intent of the Scenic Route Requirements of the Zoning
Code
The question before the Council was whether their intent was to apply the 35

was to apply design review to all development on parcels any portion of which
are within the Scenic Route Zone, but to only apply the 35 foot height limit
within the 150 dimension which defines the zone. All Council members except
KRAEMER agreed with BAILEY'S recommendation.

BERTRAM, BAILEY and SCOTT agreed the building could go up to 50' height
behind the line subject to a Conditional Use Permit. KRAEMER stated the
building should be 35' height only.
BAILEY moved to clarify that the legislative intent of the Scenic Route
Requirements of the Zoning Code is to require design review for any
