SECTION 1. That the following described territory be annexed to and de-
clared to be a part of said City of Richmond* Indiatna: .

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the mayor of the City of Richmond,.
Indiana and publication as by law required. n

TRACT I:
A part of the southwest quarter of Section 19, Township 14 North,
Range 1 West in Wayne Township, Wayne County, Indiana, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 341.25 feet West of the centerline of Indiana
State Highway Number 38, said point being 610.32 feet East of a
stone, said stone being 98.44 rods West and 77.5 rods North of the
Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, and running
thence, from said beginning point, East 341.25 feet to the center-
line of State Highway Number 38; thence Northwestwardly along said
centerline, 106.9 feet; thence West 264.5 feet; thence South 75 feet
to the place of beginning.
TRACT II:
A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 14 North,
Range 1 West in Wayne Township, Wayne County, Indiana, being more
particularly described as follows;
Beginning at a point 610.32 feet East and 150 feet North of a stone,
said stone being 98.44 rods West and 77.5 rods North of the South-
east corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, and running
thence South 75 feet; thence East 264.5 feet to the centerline of
Indiana State Highway Number 38; thence Northwestwardly, along said
centerline, 107.3 feet; thence West 187.9 feet to the place of be-
girtung.
Except that part thereof conveyed to Carl E. Scott and wife by deed
dated December 16, 1955, and recorded in Deed Record 270, Page 331
of the records of Wayne County, Indiana.
