BE IT ORDAINED by the Cc on Council of the City of
chrriond, Indiana as hollows:
SECTION 1: The Munjcipal Code of the City of
,c9~rond, Indiana is hereby amended to provide that the

SECTION 2, That in the event less than three (3)

spaces remaining on either side of the.street in any one
block where said removal is to occur, then such removal

SECTION 3. This w dinance from and after its
passage shall repeal any and all ordinances in conflict
herewith
