AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2457-1970, AN ORDINANCE
AU`-HORIZING A "SPECIAL USE1° IN M=2 GENERAL INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICTS OF ORDINANCE 2325-1968 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
APPROVED DUNE 3, 19680
On the 18th day of May, 1970, the Common Council of tKe
City of Richmond, Indiana, enacted Ordinance 2457-1970
which said ordinance provided in Section 2 thereof that,
1e The buiiding location, size, height and setbacks shall
not be altered fran those shown on the plans -.submitted
with the application.
2. Any signs erected in relation to said use must comply
with Article 43 of the Zoning Ordinance.
WHEREAS, It is now found necessary to alter plans and specifica-
tions which have theretofore been submitted and approved
pursuant "ba-A#id Ordinance No. 245T-1970e
WHEREAS, The petitioner is also requesting a free-standing busin-
ess sign in the heighth of 140 feet.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND,'INDIANA that Section #2 of Ordinance No. 2457-1970
be amended as follows%
SECTION #10 As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and
as an additional restriction on said use, the
following requirements shall hereafter and at all
times be met by the owner, leasee or any other
person, firm or corporation using such real estate
(Conditions to be made following Plan Commission
recommendations.)

SECTION 2. Th.is.ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and
publications as by law.
