AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2325-11968, COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, ADOPTED
JUNE 3, 19680
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of tiie City of Richmond,
Indiana, as follows:
SECTION to WHEREAS, the Zoning Map which is a part of Ordinance
No. 2325-1968, designates and describes as R-3 One to 8 Family
Residence the following described property located in the City
of Richmond, Indiana,, to -wit:
Lot #10 Westside Syndicate Subdivision, commonly known
as 136 N.W. "E1l Street, Richmond, Indiana.
SECTION 20 WHEREAS, it is the intent and purpose hereof to change
the zoning classification of the above described area from R-3
to Mm1
SECTION 3. WHEREAS, a public hearing on this Ordinan a was con-
duct d by the Richmond City Plan Commission on the day
of 19P, at which time remonstrances were heard
from all parties interested in or affected by this Ordinance.
SECTION 4,. WHEREAS, the vote of the Richmond City Plan Commission

NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 5. It is hereby ordained that the Zoning Classification

SECTION 6e This Ordinance shall be in force -and affect from and
after its passage and publication as by law required.
