AND RECREATION BUDGET ThE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS

WHEREAS, certain oxtraordinacy emergencies have developed
since the adoptionof the existing annual budget so that it
frs necessary to approp� late more money for va sous functions
oa the City GoveK €went than was appropa sated to the annual;
budget,
SECTION l� DE IT ORDAINED by the Coirmon Council of the City
cf Richmond, Indiana, that for the expenses of the City
Government and s t.,; inst";tut`ioas for the year ending December

priated and set apart out of the find named and foe the
purpose specified., Said sum being subject_ to all laws
governing the same;, Such amounts appropriated shall be held
to include all expe.ndi.tures to be made during the year unless
expressly stipulated by law.
