CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Robertson called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at
1:10 p.m. Council Members Don Bailey, Bonnie Bertram, Mike Kraemer, Mayor
Bill Robertson and Laura Scott answered roll call. A quorum was present.
Attorneys Kim Trout and David Krueck were present.
City Manager Lindley Kirkpatrick was present.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Robertson moved to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code §67-
2345(1)f, litigation.
The Council discussed litigation.
At 6:26 p.m., Council moved back into regular session.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
