ORDINANCE NO. 2480-1970
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE
CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1971, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1971, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING
THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
SECTION 1.. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C014MON COUNCIL OF THF.. F,ITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
WAYNE COUNTY, that for the purpose of having funds to de', -ray the operating expenses
of the City Planning Commission of the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the fiscal year
commencing January 1, 1971, and ending December 31, 1971, inclusive, that there be
and there is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the funds herein named and for
the purpose herein specified, subject to all laws governing the same, the amounts
hereinafter named. Such sums herein appropriated shall he held to include all
expenditures authorized to be made during the period herein specified, unless
otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that for the fiscal ,,tear connencing January 1,
1971, and ending December 31, 1971, inclusive, there be, and there is hereby appro-
priated out of the City Plan Fund of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the following
amounts:
