ORDINANCE NO. 2481-1970
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF
PARK AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1977, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1971, INCLUSIVE, AND
FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council tf chz�.City of Richmond, Indiana,
that for the purpose of having funds with which to operate the Park and Recreat-on
Department of the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the fiscal year beginning Januitey s,
1971, and ending December 31, 1971, inclusive, that where be and there is hereby
appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the piu--
pose and/or purposes herein specified, the following amo►.=nts, subject to all laws
governing the same, such sums herein appropriated shall to held to include all
penditures authorized to be made during the year of 1971: unless otherwise expressly
stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that for the fiscal year beginning January 1,
1971, and ending December 31, 1971, inclusive, that there; be and there is hereby
appropriated out of the Park Fund of the City of Richmonc, Indiana, the following

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be ir, full force and effect from and after its
passage, signature of the President of Council affixed, submission to and approval
by the Mayor. publication as by law required, and approval of all Statutory Boards.
