ORDINANCE NO. 2482-1970
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPE14SES OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1971, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1971, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING THE
TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
WAYNE COUNTY, that for the purpose of having funds to defray the operating expenses
of the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the fiscal
year commencing January 1, 1971, and ending December 31, 1971, inclusive, that
there be, and there is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the funds herein
named and for the purpose herein specified, subject to all laws governing the same,
the amounts hereinafter named. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to
include all expenditures, authorized to be made during therperi od herein specified
unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION 2. That for the said fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated out of the
Redevelolm ent Commission of the said City the following,

SECTION 3. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1971, and ending December
31, 1971, inclusive, there is hereby appropriated out of the Redevelopment District
Bond 1st Issue Fund the sum of:
$ 148,675.00
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage by
the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, signature of the President
of Common Council affixed, submission to and approval by the Mayor of the City of
R.$chmond,, Indiana, publication as by law required and approval of all statutory
boards as required by laws of the State of Indiana.
PASSED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, 'W6yne County, Indiana, this
day of August, 1970.
