The City Council of Medina, Minnesota met in special session on November 19, 2013 at
6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Chambers. Acting Mayor Anderson presided.
I. ROLL CALL
Members present: Martinson, Martin, Anderson, and Pederson.
Members absent: Weir.
Also present: Public Safety Director Ed Belland and City Administrator Scott Johnson.
II. CLOSED SESSION: POLICE UNION NEGOTIATIONS
The meeting adjourned to closed session at 6:30 p.m. to discuss Police Union
Negotiations.
The meeting reconvened to open session at 6:49 p.m.
III. ADJOURN
Acting Mayor Anderson adjourned the meeting at 6: 50 p.m.
