declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2019-117, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
