CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m.
Present were Council Member Don Bailey, Mayor Bill Robertson, Council
Member Laura Scott, and Council Member Mike Kraemer. Council Member
Bonnie Bertram was absent.
Staff members present were Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager, and Roger Millar,
Deputy City Manager. Also present was Kim Trout.
Council Member Bailey moved to go into executive session for litigation. In
a roll call vote, all members voted aye, and the motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Council discussed litigation pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1)f.
At 11:40 a.m. Council returned to public session. At this time, Mayor Robertson
left the meeting.
OTHER BUSINESS
Mr. Kirkpatrick and Mr. Millar briefed Council Members Bailey, Kraemer, and
Scott on wastewater treatment alternatives.
