A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE MINOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE PAD PLANS FOR
LOT 63, PRAIRIE WEST ADDITION, TIFFIN, IOWA
Whereas, the Developer of Prairie West Addition has proposed to make minor changes
to the PAD Plans for Lot 63: and,
Whereas, the previous PAD ordinance did not address any proposed changes,
however, OPD .07, subsection K, of Ordinance 2017-393 allows for 'Modifications to
Plans Prior to Completion of Initial Construction' to be approved by the City Council;
and,
Whereas, the minor modifications are attached to this resolution; and,
Whereas, the attached minor modifications have been reviewed by City Staff and the
City Engineer,
Now, therefore be it resolved by ffic, City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve,
the rrlinor t(,.) th(,� PAD Plans f()r, Lot 63, Prairie Addition, Tiffin.
Ori the 5,,", day of November, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-118, A RESOLUTION
TO APPROVE MINOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE PAD PLANS FOR LOT 63,
PRAIRIE WEST ADDITION, TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson

Whereupon Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor
Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2019-118, A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE
MINOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE PAD PLANS FOR LOT 63, PRAIRIE WEST
ADDITION, TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
