A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE EASEMENT OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR
STREET PURPOSES AT 3352 ELIZABETH AVENUE
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for the development of four detached
residences, two-stories in height, with attached two-car garages and the
subdivision one parcel into four lots creating residential condominiums at 3352
Elizabeth Avenue (SPR Case 2005-06) requires an irrevocable easement offer of
dedication for a(5) feet wide strip along 3352 Elizabeth Avenue ( see attachment

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that the
said five feet dedication is needed for future street widening purposes; and
WHEREAS, as part of the conditions of approval, the developer has agreed
to an irrevocable easement offer of dedication for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the five feet of dedication has been analyzed and approved by
the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
DOES HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the irrevocable easement offer of
dedication for street purposes from Mr. Jose L. Guerra and Mrs. Lidia O. Guerra as
described below:
The northerly five feet of the westerly fifty feet of Lot 68 of Tract No. 2794, in the
City of Lynwood, in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown on
Map recorded in Map Book 28, page 6 of maps, in the office of the Los Angeles
County Recorder. Assessor's No. 6191-005-011. Commonly Known as 3352
Elizabeth Avenue, Lynwood, CA 90262
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16~h day of June, 2009.
