CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Robertson called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 1:03
p.m. Council Member Bailey, Council Member Bertram, Council Member Kraemer,
Mayor Robertson, and Council Member Scott answered roll call. A quorum was present.
Also present were City Manager Lindley Kirkpatrick and attorneys Kim Trout, David Krueck,
and Chris Gabbert (via telephone).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Council Member Scott moved to go into Executive Session for litigation pursuant to Idaho
Code §67-2345(1)f to consider and advise its legal representatives in pending litigation or
where there is a general public awareness of probable litigation. Council Member Bailey
seconded the motion. In a roll call vote, all members voted aye, and the motion carried.
The Council discussed litigation pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1)f.
The Council returned to open session.
Council directed Mr. Kirkpatrick to authorize Mr. Krueck and Mr. Trout to continue to explore
methods of satisfying the Wausau/St. Clair judgment.
ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:55 p.m.
