CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Robertson called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 6:02
p.m. Council Member Bailey, Council Member Bertram, Council Member Kraemer,
Mayor Robertson, and Council Member Scott answered roll call. A quorum was present.
City Staff present were Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; John Anderson, Airport Manager;
and Fred Quiel, Deputy City Manager /Administrative Services.
Also present were Doug MacNichol, School Board Member; Terry Donicht, McCall Donnelly
School District Superintendent; Tom Kerr, Valley County Commissioner and Representative,
McCall Cemetery; Dan Krahn, McCall Memorial Hospital Board of Directors; Bob Kirk, McCall
Fire District Commissioner; Don Clark, McCall Fire District Commissioner; Guy Rivers, Vice
President of Finance, McCall Memorial Hospital; Rick Fereday, Chairman, Urban Renewal
Agency; Scott Findlay, Board Member, Urban Renewal Agency; Andy Laidlaw, McCall
Memorial Hospital Board of Directors.
WORK SESSION
The Council met with representatives from Valley County, McCall Fire Protection District,
McCall Donnelly School District, and McCall Memorial Hospital District regarding the creation
of an urban renewal district along Third Street and at the Airport
