AUTHORIZING A MODIFICA nON OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH T & M ASSOCIATES
\VHEREAS, the Borough has previously awarded a professional engineering services
contract for slIrvey and subdivision services related to the BP Property to T & M
Associates in the amount of$5850.00 contract pursuant to Resolution # 05-65; and
WHEREAS, the paJties wish to modify and change the scope of said contract to cover
survey and related minor subdivision services for Matzel and prior Korkowski properties
as part of the Borough's new stann water pump station project; and
WHEREAS, the projected cost for the modified work is the same as that authorized
under Resolution # 05-65.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCaI1eret as follows:
1. That the authorization of services provided for pursuant to Resolution 05-
65 is hereby rescinded.
2. That the amount of$5850.00 authorized pursuant to said Resolution is
hereby transferred to be applied toward the professional engineering
services authorized hereby.
3. That a copy of this Resolution shalJ be fOl"\varded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and T & M Associates.
Adopted this 5th of January, 2006
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 6,2006.
