CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Robertson called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 5:35
p.m. Council Member Bailey, Council Member Bertram, Council Member Kraemer,
Mayor Robertson, and Council Member Scott answered roll call. A quorum was present.
Also present were Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager, and Fred Quiel, Deputy City Manager
/Administrative Services. Attorney Kim Trout was present via telephone.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Council Member Bailey moved to go into Executive Session for litigation pursuant to Idaho
Code §67-2345(1)f to consider and advise its legal representatives in pending litigation or
where there is a general public awareness of probable litigation. Council Member Scott
seconded the motion. In a roll call vote, all members voted aye, and the motion carried.
The Council discussed litigation pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1)f.
The Council returned to open session at 6:30 p.m.
WORK SESSION
The Council met with John Anderson, Airport Manager, and Kevin Bissell, Toothman-Orton
Airport Engineer for a work session concerning airport development.
Staff was directed to negotiate an access agreement and present it to Council before submitting it
to the Federal Aviation Agency.
