HomeMy Public PortalAboutCouncil Minutes 2007 07/19MINUTES McCall City Council Special Meeting July 19, 2007 Agenda Call to Order and Roll Call Work Session Adjournment CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Mayor Robertson called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 1:07 p.m. Council Member Bailey, Council Member Bertram, Mayor Robertson, and Council Member Scott answered roll call. A quorum was present. Council Member Kraemer was absent. City Staff members present were Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; Fred Quiel, Deputy City Manager / Administrative Services; Linda Stokes, Finance Manager; Brenda Loftis, Personnel Officer; Steven Hasson, Planning Manager; David Simmonds, Network Specialist; John Anderson, Airport Manager; Eric McCormick, Golf Course Superintendent; Brock Heasley, Parks & Recreation Director; Jerry Summers, Chief of Police; Rick Schiermeier, Street Superintendent; Lorraine Brush, Administrative Assistant, Public Works; and Levi Brinkley, Water/Sewer Superintendent. WORK SESSION City Council work session regarding the Adoption of the Tentative Budget, and to set a date for a Public Hearing on the Budget Adoption. Council Member Bailey made the motion to adopt a tentative budget of $18,475,107.00. Council Member Scott seconded the motion, and the motion passed.
