Minutes
November 9, 2021 5:00 PM Greencastle City Hall
Call to Order; Roll Call
A. Mayor Dory called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM; upon roll by Aubree
Hiatt the following were present: William Dory, Trudy Selvia and Craig
Tuggle.
II. New Business
A. Fire Engine Repair
Motion by Trudy Selvia to replace the fire rescue truck engine with a new
engine with a not to exceed amount of $32,065.45, second by Bill Dory, 3-0,
motion carried.
B. UV System Repair at Wastewater Plant- Special Procurement
UV System needs new bulbs to perform correctly. The current system has
specific bulbs and is only available from original manufacturer, therefore a
sole source provider. Motion by Craig Tuggle to purchase these bulbs from
the original manufacturer with a not to exceed amount of $56,333.32,
second by Trudy Selvia, 3-0, motion carried.
Adjournment
Motion by Craig Tuggle to dismiss at 5:18 PM, second by Trudy Selvia, 3-0
motion carried.
