RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE
2018 Interstate Watermain Relocation Project- Tiffin,Iowa
CONTRACTOR—DAVE SCHMITT CONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, On June 6, 2019, the Project Engineer states the Project construction
was completed in general accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications on file
with the City of Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and recommends Final Payment
be made to the Contractor.
WHEREAS, the 2018 Interstate Watermain Relocation Project is complete and
acceptable to the City of Tiffin.
THEREFORE, BE IT R1: SOL;VED, BY The City of Tiifn, Iowa,that the 2018
Interstate Watermain Relocation Project is coniplete and acceptable to the City and final
payment be made to the Contractor,

I, the undersigned Engineer of the above designated proJect, do hereby state that.:
I) The Construction provided for pursuant to CONTRACT DOCUMENTS including all
approved amendments and Change Orders, hereafter called the Work between the

OWNER and CONTRACTOR has been completed and to the best of my knowledgeand
belief, is in substantial compliance with the provisions of the CONTRACT
DOCIJIMENTS.
2) The final payment authorized hereto and made a part hereof is a coniplete ,,ind accurate
