CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Council Member Bailey called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at
3:37 p.m. Council Member Bailey, Council Member Bertram, Council Member Kraemer
and Council Member Scott answered roll call. A quorum was present. Mayor Robertson
was absent.
Also present were Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; Fred Quiel, Deputy City Manager;
Attorney Kim Trout, and Dick Kluckhohn.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Council Member Scott moved to go into Executive Session for litigation pursuant to Idaho
Code §67-2345(1)f to consider and advise its legal representatives in pending litigation or
where there is a general public awareness of probable litigation. Council Member Bertram
seconded the motion. In a roll call vote, all members voted aye, and the motion carried.
The Council discussed litigation pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1)f.
ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:56 p.m.
