Attorney, but, as a condition of its approval, the approval of the fin at plat is contingent

declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2019-106, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
FINAL PLAT OF RIDGEWAY HEIGHTS — PART ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF TIFFIN,
JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 17th day of September, 2019.
