A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT WITH HIGHTOWER
DEVELOPMENT, INC. REGARDING SHAMROCK CENTER, TIFFIN, IOWA
Whereas, MMS Consultants, Inc., on behalf of Hightower Development, Inc., has filed
with the City of Tiffin a preliminary plat for Shamrock Center, a subdivision to the City of
Tiffin, Iowa, legally described on attached Exhibit "A", hereby incorporated, and;
Whereas, Resolution 2019-104 was approved by City Council on September 17, 2019,
approving the preliminary plat for said development, and;
Whereas, the Developer's Agreement will include any and all particulars to the
approved preliminary plat for Shamrock Center,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
Developer's Agreement is approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said Agreement.
On the 17 t day of September, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council,
Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-105,
RESOLUTION APPROVING VL T WITH HIGHTOWER
DEVELOPMENT, INC. REGARDING SHAMROCKCENTER, TIFFIN, IOWA and made
a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens.
Ayes: Bartels, Havens, Schnedler, Upton
Nays: None
Absent: Ryan
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2019-105, A RESOLUTION APPROVING A
DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT WITH HIGHTOWER DEVELOPMENT, INC.
REGARDING SHAMROCK CENTER, TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 17th day of September, 2019.
