A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO THE REVISED DEVELOPER'S
AGREEMENT FOR PARK PLACE CITY CENTER — PART TWO
Whereas, The City recognizes there has been a change in the configuration of Lot 19 of
Park Place City Center— Part Two, as the result of the construction of the temporary
Forevergreen Road, and;
Whereas, the change in lot configuration has prompted a change to the revised
Developer's Agreement for Park Place City Center— Part Two, and;
Whereas, the City Council wishes to change the revised developer's agreement to
reflect said change,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
an addendum to the revised developer's agreement for Park Place City Center to reflect
the changes to Lot 19.
On the 20th day of August, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-102, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING AN ADDENDUMTO THE REVISED DEVELOPER'ST FOR
PLACEPARK CITY CENTER — PART TWO and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Bartels, Upton, Ryan, Schnedler, Havens
Nays: None
Absent: None
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2019-102, A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN
ADDENDUM TO THE REVISED DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR PARK PLACE
CITY CENTER— PART TWO to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 20th day of August, 2019.
