TENTATIVE AGENDA
Wears Creek Tour - Pursuant to § 610.020.4 RSMo., this portion of the meeting is being held “at
a place that is not reasonably accessible to the public,” for good cause, being that it is highly
beneficial for Environmental Quality Commission members to learn about and directly familiarize
themselves with the condition and extent of Wears Creek at Hyde Park Rd., MODOT Dr.,
Duensing Field in Washington Park, and State Lot 14 on Missouri Blvd. This portion of the
meeting will be devoted to fact-finding of the Commission and no decisions or votes of the
Commission will be made during this portion the meeting.
