NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN,
IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. Just Compensation for the acquisition of a portion of and/or an interest in the
Property owned by TAT LLC, is hereby established to be$28,800.86.
2. The contact person is hereby directed to submit a copy of the appraisal to TAT
LLC, as required by Section 6B.45, Code of Iowa, and to commence negotiations
with TAT LLC, for the purchase of a portion of the Property needed for the
Forevergreen Road Construction Project for the amount of $28,800.86, which is
just compensation therefore established by this Resolution.
Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared
that RESOLUTION NO. 2019-088,A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING JUST
COMPENSATION FOR ACQUISITION OF A PORTION OR AN INTEREST IN
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY TAT LLC,AMENDING RESOLUTION
2019-078 FOR THE FOREVERGREEN CONSTRUCTION ROAD PROJECT to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereunto.
Passed, approved and adopted this 16°i day of July, 2019.
