CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Council Member Scott called the Special Meeting of the McCall City Council to
order at 5:35 p.m. Council Member Bailey, Council Member Delaney, Council
Member Scott answered roll call. A quorum was present. Mayor Kulesza and
Council Member Witte were absent.
Council Member Witte joined the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
In addition to the Council Members, City Staff members present were Lindley
Kirkpatrick, City Manager; Walter Eisenstein, Deputy City Manager / Director of
Infrastructure & Community Development; Linda Stokes, Finance Manager / Acting
Treasurer; Rick Schiermeier, Street Superintendent; Anne Kantola, Library Director;
John Anderson, Airport Manager; Brock Heasley, Director of Parks & Recreation; Jerry
Summers, Chief of Police; Michelle Groenevelt, Planning Manager; Brenna Chaloupka,
Acting City Clerk / Administrative Assistant; and David Simmonds, Information Systems
Manager.
BUDGET WORK SESSION
The work session focused on the FY09 Budget. There was discussion concerning the
Public Works/ Streets Fund, Library Fund, Airport Fund, Recreation Fund, General Fund
and proposed Local Option Tax expenditures.
