PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret purchased the following list
of properties in 2004 and 2005, and
WHEREAS, the properties are now recorded in the name of the
Borough of· Carteret, and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is exempt from paying taxes,
and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends that taxes be cancelled
as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax
Collector cancel taxes as stated above.
Adopted this 12th day of January, 2006
and certífied as a true copy of the
origínal on January 13, 2006.
