A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR FY 2019-2020
BUDGET
Whereas, The City Council will set a date for Public Hearing for the FY 2019-2020
Budget for the City of Tiffin, Iowa, and;
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it is required by law to
hold a Public Hearing for the proposed budget prior to approval of the budget;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the
Public Hearing for April 16, 2019.
On the 19th day of March, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-030, A
RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR FY 2019-2020
UT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson
Schnedler.
Ayes: Havens, Upton, Schnedler, Bartels.
Nays: None.
Absent: Ryan.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION N . 2019-030, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE
FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR FY 2019-2020 BUDGET to be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
