CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Kulesza called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 9:35 a.m.
Council Member Bailey, Council Member Delaney, Mayor Kulesza, and Council Member
Scott answered roll call. Council Member Witte was absent.
City staff present was Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; and Bill Nichols, City Attorney.
GENERAL WORK SESSION
Proposed Impact Area Agreement
The Council had a discussion on the possibilities of expanding the impact area.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Council Member Bailey made a motion to go into executive session for Litigation —
Pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1)(f) to communicate with legal counsel for the public
agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or
controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated; and Personnel -
Pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1)(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining
of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff
member or individual agent, or public school student. Council Member Scott seconded the
motion. In a roll call vote, Council Member Bailey, Council Member Scott, Council
Member Delaney, and Mayor Kulesza all voted yes and the motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, the Mayor adjourned the meeting at 9:45 p.m.
