CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Kulesza called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 8:30 a.m.
Council Member Bailey, Mayor Kulesza, and Council Member Witte answered roll call. A
quorum was present. Council Member Delaney and Council Member Scott were absent.
City staff present was Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; Linda Stokes, City Treasurer; Eric
McCormick, Golf Superintendent; Tim Swanson, Interim Public Works Director; Anne Kantola,
Library Director; Brock Heasley, Parks and Recreation Director; Jerry Summers, Police Chief;
Michelle Groenevelt, Community Development Director; BessieJo Wagner, City Clerk; and
David Simmonds, Information Systems Manager.
GENERAL WORK SESSION
Each Department Head reviewed their department's proposed budget with the Council.
The Council adopted the Tentative Budget with one minor change — the addition of $100,000 of
Idaho Power Franchise fees that were inadvertently left out.
Council Member Witte moved to adopt the Tentative Budget for FY10 in the total amount
of $16,320,694.00. Council Member Bailey seconded the motion. In a roll call vote Council
Member Witte, Council Member Bailey, and Mayor Kulesza all vote aye and the motion
carried.
Mayor Kulesza made a motion to direct staff to provide public notice for the FY10 Budget
Public Hearing to be held on Thursday August 13 at 6:00 pm in the Legion Hall. Council
Member Witte seconded the motion. In a roll call vote all members voted aye and the
motion carried.

Without further business, the Mayor Kulesza adjourned the meeting at 1:50 p.m.
