CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Kulesza called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 3:05 p.m.
Council Member Bailey, Council Member Delaney, Mayor Kulesza, and Council Member
Witte answered roll call. Council Member Scott was absent.
City staff present was Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; Bill Nichols, City Attorney; and Kim
Trout, Attorney.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Council Member Bailey made a motion to go into executive session for Litigation —
Pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1)(f). Council Member Delaney seconded the motion. In
a roll call vote, Council Member Bailey, Council Member Delaney, Mayor Kulesza and
Council Member Witte all voted yes and the motion carried.
Council discussed with legal counsel the litigation with the Payette Lakes Recreational Water
and Sewer District.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Coun Mayor Kulesza d lared the
meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
