RE: General Obligation Bond Sale of $5,452,000
Attached please find a copy of a Financing Summary related to the $5,452,000 General
Obligation Municipal Purpose Loan of 2010 Bonds dated February 15, 2010. As indicated in the
attached materials, the winning bid on the bonds has an average interest rate of 3.31% for the 20
year bond issue.
It is my intention to provide a report on this General Obligation Bond Sale under
Manager's Communications at the February 23, 2010 Town Council Meeting.
