RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR THE
DEMOLITION OF 164 PERSHING AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") desires to demolish a
building located at 164 Pershing Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Borough needs to solicit bids to perfonn said work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Borough's Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for the receipt
of proposals for the demolition of said buildings/structure located at 164 Pershing
Avenue.
Adopted this 26th day of January, 2006
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 27,2006.
