ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, TO REZONE A PORTION OF
SHAMROCK CENTER FROM C-213 TO M-2 IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN,
IOWA, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, AND AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN, and known as No. 2019-461 was duly passed by the Council on
the 3rd day of September 2019, and signed by the Mayor on the 41h day of
September 2019, and published on the 4th day of September 2019, by
posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City
of Tiffin, Iowa. That I posted copies of Ordinance No. 2019-461 in the
