RESOLUTION NO. 94 -3348
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO AMENDED
AGREEMENT FOR CITY SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency ( "Agency ") has considered and
approved a budget for the operation of the Agency which includes compensation to the City of Temple City
( "City ") for services and facilities provided to the Agency by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Agency entered into a formal contractual relationship to establish the obligations
of the Agency to the City.
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to amend said amended agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Second Amendment to the Amended Agreement for Access to the Services and
Facilities of the City of Temple City is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
such amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby finds and determines that:
A. All the services and facilities described in the Amended Agreement are directly related to
the redevelopment activity as described in Sections 33020 and 33021 of the Health and
Safety Code; and
B. Such services and facilities primarily benefit the redevelopment project described in said
Amended Agreement.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall certify to the passage andadoption
of this resolution and the same shall thereupon take effect and be in force.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1994.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, Resolution No. 94 -3348 was duly adopted by the City
Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of June, 1994 by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmember - Gillanders, Souder, Wilson, Breazeal, Budds
NOES: Councilmember -None
