AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE WITHIN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT BUDGET
THE SUN OF Slk THOUSAND DOLLARS ($6,000a00) FROM Lm1 (1-11-111)
PAYROLLS, "SERVICES PERSONAL11 TO L-13 (3d32-321) GASOLINE, "SUPPLIES"°
WHEREAT;, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the
adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is necessary
to appropriate more money for various functions of the City Govern-
ment t,zan was appropriated to the annual budget.
SECTI03 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmoid, Indiana,. that for the expenses of the City Government
and iti institutions for the year ending December 31, 1970, the
following amount of money is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the fund named and for the purpose specified. Said sum being
subjet:t to all laws governing the same. Such amounts appropriated
shall be held to include all expenditures to be made during the
year wiless expressly stipulated by law.

Indian-, that such unnecessary existing appropriations be now reduced
in amo"t as follows and the same is appropriated to the above
named item.
