Section 'l. 'PLI'W!2sf,: '17he purpose of this ordirimice is to amend Section 95.6 of
Chapter 95 of the Municipal ("'Ode of Tiffin, Iowa, by,eliminatig Section 95.6, Service
Outside the Gty.
Section 11. A.i1pe-;'A.m-e.1n1t. Section 95.6 of Chapter 95 is hereby amended as

Section 111. &P!�qlff. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this C)rafinance are hereby repealed.
Section IV. Severability Clause. If any section, provision or part of this
ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not
affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof
not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section V. Wien Effective. is ordinance shall be in effect after its final
passage, approval, and posting as provided by law.
On the 5"' day of March 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City (.k)uncil, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced. Ordinance No. 2019-451, and moved that

it be given its first reading. "I'lie motion was seconded, by(Duncilperson Upton.
Ayes: Ryan, Schnedler, Bartels, Upton, Havens
Nays: None
Five members of the Council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Steve
Berner declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2019-451, was read the first
time, discussed, and placed on record.
On the 19t' day of March 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Ordinance No. 2019-451, and moved that it
be given its second reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Schnedler.
Ayes: Upton, Havens, Bartels, Schnedler
Nays: None
Four members of the Council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Steve
Berner declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2019-451, was read the
second time and discussed and placed on record.
On the 2nd day of April 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced Ordinance No. 2019-451, and moved that
it be given its third and last reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson
Bartels.
Ayes: Havens, Ryan, Schnedler, Bartels
Nays: None
Four members of the Council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Steve
Berner declared the motion carried, and the ordinance was passed and adopted.
Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance No. 2019-451 be adopted and
signified his approval of same by fixing his signature thereto. Passed by the Council
on the 2nd day of April 2019 and approved by the Mayor on the 2n' day of April 2019.
