AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USE" IN R-3 ONE TO EIGHT FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICTS OF ORDINANCE 2325-1968 COMMONLY
7MM— 13NANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED JUNE
3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
as follows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 22, Section .011 and Article 48
of Ordinance 2325 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Richmond, Indiana the following described
real estate is allowed as a Special Use to -wits.
Pre-school Education Center to be located at 300 South
y c on , Incliaffa.
SECTION 20 As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as`W
additional restrictions on said use, the following re-
quirements shall hereafter and at all times be met by
the ownar, lessee or any person, firm or corporation
using such real estate.

SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond is hereby
authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication
of this ordinance, to record and approve the issuance
of a permit for the establishment of the use herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval by the Mayor and publi-
cations as by law required.
