AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL, USE" IN R"3 ONE `0 EIGHT FAMILY

ZONIAG ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,, APPROVED jUNE
3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Cummun Cuunci' cf the City of Fichmund; lndaiana,
as follows:
SECTION 1, As provided in Article 22, Section .011 and Article 48
of Ordiance 2325 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Richmond, Indiana the following described real estate is allowed
as a Special Use to -wit: Nursery School to be located at 2112 North
"C" St, Richmond, Indiana.
Lot:14 in that part of the City of Richmond, laid out by
William Dudley Foulke
SECTION 20 As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as an
additional restriction on said use, the following requirements shall
hereafter and at all times be met by the owner, leasee or any other
person, firm or corporation using such real estate.
(Conditions to be made following Plan Cowmission recommendations)

SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond is hereby
authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication of this
ordinance, to record and approve the issuance of a permit for the
establishment of the use herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, appr(,va) by the Mayor and publication as by
law required.
