Leesburg’s Property Reveal 360° Commercial Real Estate
Showcase Scheduled for October 19, 2017
Industry experts will provide an update on economic trends and growth
opportunities in the town.
Leesburg, VA (October 6, 2017) – Registration for the Leesburg Economic Development office’s
annual commercial real estate showcase, Leesburg Property Reveal 360°, is now open at
www.leesburgva.gov/propertyreveal. The event will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017,
from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Cobb Village Theater, located at 1600 Village Market Blvd SE in
the Village at Leesburg.
Property Reveal 360 is designed help attendees to gain a clear understanding of the expanding
Leesburg commercial real estate landscape. The showcase is a great opportunity to learn more
about available commercial properties, as well as hear local business leaders and town officials
discuss the advantages of locating a business in Leesburg. Annually, this event brings existing
businesses, prospective businesses, real estate brokers and developers together with Town
leaders to discuss trends and economic realities in the Town of Leesburg.
Following the available properties showcase, Leesburg Economic Development Director
Marantha Edwards will moderate a panel discussion featuring Brian Cullen from Keane
Enterprises, Bill May of Miller and Smith, Taylor Chess of the Peterson Companies, and Susan
Berry Hill, Leesburg Director of Planning and Zoning.
“Property Reveal 360 provides an in-depth look at the commercial real estate market in
Leesburg: what is here now, what is in the development pipeline and where the future
opportunities are,” says Edwards. “Anyone looking to make an investment in Leesburg should
not miss this event.”
Attendees will be able to network with brokers, developers, bankers, business owners, and
Town staff before and after the event.
The event is no cost, but registration is required. Breakfast and coffee will be provided.
