WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergenc es have developed since the
adoption of the existing annual 'budget so that it is necessary to
appropriate more money For various functions of the City Government
than was appropriated to the annual budget.
SECTION 1, BE IT ORDAINED by the Cctrnon Council of the City of Richmrjnd„
Indiana, that for the expenses of the City Government. and its 6nstn-
