CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Bailey reconvened the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 11:05
a.m. Mayor Bailey, Council Member Kulesza, Council Member Delaney, and Council
Member Witte answered roll call. Council Member Scott was absent. A quorum was
present.
City staff present was Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; and Peter Borner, Public Works
Director
WORK SESSION
McCall Water Master Plan Update
There was a general discussion as to the Water Master Plan, which resulted in two questions for a
future meeting;
1. What was the original design plan for the Water Treatment Plant backwash?
2. Historically, what was the difference between water produced and water billed?
Review of Title 6 (Utility Services)
Engineering Specifications
Drainage Management Guidelines
There was a general discussion as the Council reviewed Title VI, which resulted in a question for
a future meeting;
1. What was the threshold for Phase II of the stormwater regulations?
MURA Restroom Project
The Council discussed whether or not to winterize this facility. Council Member Delaney was
against the heat in the restroom and would prefer better signage for the Legacy restroom. Mayor
Bailey was in favor of heating the restroom and Council Member Kulesza preferred to refer to
the opinion of the Parks and Recreation Director.

ADJOURNMENT
Without further business Mayor Bailey adjourned the meeting at 1:05 p.m.
