AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING
APPROPRIATIONS TOCERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, passed an annual budget for fiscal year 2000 on September 29,1999; and
WHEREAS, published legal notice was not timely given on the above Ordinance and republication of a new ordinance is now required; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to appropriate and advertise the above referenced sums of money to certain funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the following sums of money are hereby appropriated to the following funds, to supplement
Ordinance No. 80-1999 to the extent legally necessary:
1. General Fund $13,677.509.00
2. Cumulative Capital Development 503,323.00
3. Local Road and Street 875,122.00
` 4, Cumulative Capital Improvement 184,726.00
5. Motor Vehicle Highway 2,143,362.00
6. Park and Recreation 2,145,903.00
7. Unsafe Building 42,000.00
8. Edit 585,542.00
9. Park Sinking Bond 285,294.00
10. Airport 370,800.00
11. Public Transit 991,139.00
12. Fire Pension 2,074,401.00
13. Police Pension 1,380,627.00
Passed and adopted this 4th day of January, 2000, by the Common Council fo the City of Richmond, Indiana.
