AUTHORIZING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
· WITH WHITE COLLAR UNION-
SALARY AND TITLE ADJUSTMENTS
WHEREAS, the Borough Administrator has recommended that the
Mayor and CounCil of the Borough of Carteret provide salary and job title
adjustments for various municipal employees; and
WHEREAS, Local 3850, the White Collar Union, of which said
employees are members, has been consulted with regard to the recommendations and
concurs with the same; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council and Local 3850 desire to
memorialize their agreement as to the aforementioned salary adjustments and job title
changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the
Borough of Carteret as follows:
1. The Memorandum of Agreement concerning salary adjustment and job title
designations is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and appropriate Borough officials are authorized to execute and
implement said Memorandum of Agreement in a form acceptable by the Borough
Attorney.
Adopted this 16th day of August 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 17, 2001.
